Financial Business Analyst/ Project Manager<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>The Company</strong></span><br />One of our cleint, a leading insurance company is seeking a proactive and detailed-oriented Senior Business Analyst or Project Manager to join our team. In this role, the candidate will be involving in an Investment Datalake Project which is required to collaborate with Finance Team, Acturaial Team, Investment Team and IT Department. The objective of the project is to transform or streamline the financial business flow by automating different reports according to different departments. The role is open to Senior Business Analyst who has similar working experience and willing to step up into a Porject Manager role.</p><p> </p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>The Role</strong></span></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and project plans.</li><li>Lead stakeholder meetings to gather feedback, provide project updates, and address concerns.</li><li>Automate Investment reporting processes for regulatory compliance using data and reporting tools.</li><li>Align reporting methodologies with Investment Operations, Finance, and Actuarial teams.</li><li>Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.</li></ul><p> </p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Your Profile</strong></span></p><ul><li>Minimum 6 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or Project Manager, with a strong background in finance, accounting, or related fields.</li><li>Proficiency in IFRS9 accounting, RBC reporting, Investment operations, Actuarial practices, and Asset Management is advantageous.</li><li>Experience in SQL, PowerBI, and Workiva is advantageous.</li><li>Willingness to transition from a Business Analyst role to a Project Manager position.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.</li></ul><p> </p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Apply Today </strong></span><br />To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
